Location and activities

Where exactly is the residence located?

The residence is located at 36 Route de Quiberon, in Saint-Pierre Quiberon (56510), in the heart of the Quiberon peninsula. It is a 5-minute walk from Kerbourgnec beach, a 3-minute walk from three tennis courts, and a 5-minute walk from a sailing school. The village of Saint-Pierre Quiberon is within walking distance, and the town of Quiberon is just a few minutes away by bicycle.

Is there a beach nearby?

Kerbourgnec beach, a fine sandy beach on the east coast (bay side), is a 5-minute walk from the residence. The wild Atlantic coast, with its spectacular scenery and waves, is a 10-minute bike ride away. The peninsula thus offers two very different atmospheres: the gentleness of the bay and the power of the open sea.

What sports activities are available nearby?

The residence is ideally located for sports enthusiasts: 3 tennis courts a 3-minute walk away, a sailing school a 5-minute walk away, surf spots on the wild coast a 10-minute bike ride away, cycle paths along the peninsula, and kitesurfing and windsurfing spots in Quiberon Bay. Hikes on the coastal path (GR34) start directly from Saint-Pierre Quiberon.

Is it possible to visit Belle-Île-en-Mer from the residence?

Absolutely. The port of Quiberon, the departure point for ferries to Belle-Île-en-Mer, is just 5 km from the residence. Regular services are provided year-round by the Océane ferry company. It is also possible to reach the islands of Houat and Hoëdic from Quiberon for day trips departing directly from the residence.

What to do in Quiberon in the off-season?

The Quiberon peninsula is a prime destination year-round. In autumn and winter, you can enjoy local markets, thalassotherapy (the Quiberon Thalassotherapy Institute is one of the most renowned in Brittany), seafood restaurants, walks along the rugged, windswept coastline, and the absolute tranquility of deserted beaches. Not forgetting our heated swimming pool, an ideal refuge in bad weather.
