Apartment prices are per week.
They differ depending on the arrival date, the type of apartment (4 or 5 people) and the rate type (Flexible or Non-cancellable, non-refundable).
Prices are displayed including VAT.
The tourist tax is not included when booking, it will be payable when paying the balance of your stay.
End of stay cleaning is not included in the service.
If you opt for the cleaning option , the trash cans must be emptied, the beds unmade, the dishes must be clean and the dishwasher cleared before your departure.
In the event of a breach, a penalty of €30 will be charged to you in addition to the cleaning service.
If you do not opt for the cleaning option, the apartment must be returned to us in the same condition as you found it when you arrived.
Otherwise, the cleaning option of €90 will be charged to you.
The price of the apartment includes:
- Provision of sheets, towels and tea towels
- Wifi access, television
Services
- Free bicycle garage. This room is common to all residents, the equipment you store is under your entire responsibility.
- Free private outdoor parking
- 2 paid electric car charging stations
- Access to our swimming pool, open every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., free. Access to the swimming pool is reserved for residents. The swimming pool is not supervised, swimming is your sole responsibility.
Schedules
Arrival and departure times are as follows:
> Arrival from 5:00 p.m.
> Departure no later than 10:00 a.m.
In the event of a late arrival, a key box is available at the entrance to your apartment. We will give you the code by email to collect the keys to your holiday apartment.
Pricing Conditions
We offer 2 types of rates on our reservation module via our website www.residencesaintpierrequiberon.com (excluding external reservation platforms such as booking.com)
Payments for deposits are made by Visa or MasterCard bank card via our website.
The balance of your stay will be due upon your arrival either by

The security deposit or deposit is your bank card. During the inventory at the end of your rental stay, we may, if necessary, deduct a sum if we notice any damage and/or missing parts compared to the inventory at your arrival.

The full amount is charged at the time of booking.
Rate cancellation conditions Non-cancellable Non-refundable: This offer cannot be canceled or refunded, for any reason.
> Standard Flexible Rate
A deposit of 30% of the amount of your stay will be requested when booking.
The total amount of your stay must be paid upon arrival.
As a guarantee, the name written on the bank card, the type of card, the card number and the validity date of the card must be entered in order to validate the reservation.
Cancellation conditions for the Standard Flexible Rate:
For cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged and your 30% deposit will be refunded.
For a cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 30% of the amount of your stay will be retained.
For a cancellation made 15 days before the arrival date, the entire reservation will be charged.
